Sitting in a nursing chair with my new baby son, I was trying to decide what to buy friends who also had new babies. Toys, clothes, equipment? What did they already have, what colour clothes? It was a real gift dilemma.
Eventually I thought I’d make cosy soft personalised fleece blankets. William Jack was the first blanket made and was enthusiastically received.
After these few initial gifts, more and more requests were made for births, christenings and birthdays until in 2002 we launched Mr Mole personalised blankets.
Since then Mr Mole has expanded and so has its range. As the babies have grown so have the size of our blankets, from carrycot to bed size. We have also introduced “blankets for all”, since other members of the family were borrowing them.
Mr Mole now offers a full range of blankets and gifts. We send blankets worldwide and personalise them with names and dates then post them out within 48 hours to your chosen address.

Deliveries
We hold stock of all the blankets shown in our range of colours and where possible we will dispatch goods within 2 working days of receiving your order.
However at times of exceptional demand (eg. Nov/Dec.) please allow up to 5 days for dispatch. We will advise on request, the anticipated delivery date. If you have not received your order within the expected time, please notify us, giving details of your order number, name, address and contact details.
Blankets and Colours Online
The designs and colours shown on this website are a good likeness to the garments produced, however the shade of colours can vary according to your online screen quality and settings used. You should not take the colour shading as being 100% accurate. Our Product Guide and blanket pages offer you a close likeness to how the finished product will look, but you should allow differences in the colour shades and also the width of the bindings.

Damaged / Faulty Goods
In the event that goods are damaged or faulty on arrival, please inform us within 14 days of receipt of the goods, otherwise no claim can be considered.
Post & Packing Rates
One or more blankets within the UK, Standard Post (delivery 7-10 days from ordering) £3.50, Express Post (sent out by Royal Mail “Special Delivery”) posted out the next working day after ordering, delivery the next working day £8.50. Delivery to countries within the EU by “International Signed For” £9.00. For countries outside the EU please enquire for postage rates.

We make every effort to maintain the prices shown on this website, providing the full range of products and colours shown, however, we reserve the right to discontinue any item from those shown, and to amend prices when neccessery. If you order cannot be fulfilled, we will inform you and offer an alternative. We reserve the right to amend postage & packing prices as appropriate. Prices include Value Added Tax where applicable.
