All our products are personalised and made to order, individually embroidered with the details you have supplied, once the details have been embroidered they cannot be changed. We therefore do not accept the return of goods unless they are either faulty or are made incorrectly. In the event that the goods are damaged or faulty on arrival please inform us within 14 days of the receipt of the goods, otherwise no claim can be considered. We realise that mistakes do happen, in the event you have supplied the incorrect details, we have a policy of supplying a blanket at a reduced price to rectify the error, please contact us regarding this option if required.
